Training module to enhance your workers’ knowledge, attitude and practice
TRIM-OSH stands for Theory-Based Intervention Module on Occupational Safety and Health at Food Premises which is a training module that has been structurally designed for the purpose of increasing food handlers’ capacity in their knowledge, attitude, and practice on safety and health in the workplace.
Theoretical Framework
The component of the intervention module was developed based on Social Cognitive Theory (SCT), a well-established theory of human learning behavior by Albert Bandura.
Conceptual Framework
The conceptual framework for the effectiveness of the intervention module was developed based on the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) theory supported by SCT.
Module Development
We are actively involved in the development process of the module, provide timely input and method alternatives, and monitor the availability of materials and compatibility of costs.

TRIM-OSH has been developed under the guidance of content experts in the field of occupational safety and health, public health, food processing, food distribution, and food services industries.
