1. To enhance self-efficacy among food handlers on occupational safety and health at food premise
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:
1. To introduce food handlers to common types of hazards at food promises
2. To introduce food handlers to common occupational safety and health issues among food handlers
3. To educate food handlers on a safe working environment at food premises
4. To emphasize the role of employer and employee in regard to occupational safety and health at food premise
5. To educate food handlers on appropriate risk assessments and risk controls towards identified hazards at food premises
